No, we would never do that and here’s why:
Aside from it going against our morals, principles and even our company mission, it would also hurt our profitability.
In matters of coaching & therapy, we recognise that trust is absolutely essential for progress.
If you don’t have trust, you won’t open up, and if you don’t open up, you wont have as profound results with Aidx.
And those are the kind of results that might get you recommending Aidx to others.
So whatever we can do to earn your trust, we will do it. Its a win-win!
Who reads my conversations?
No one!
Your trust is our bread & butter, since you can’t have good coaching or therapy results without it.
So we are highly motivated to do everything we possibly can to ensure no human ever reads your data.
Your data is treated as highly confidential and always stored and transferred fully encrypted in accordance with highest industry standards.
How is my data secured?
Your data is always both stored and transferred fully encrypted according to highest industry standards.
Further more your data is stored encrypted in a completely different data center than where decryption happens to minimise risk further.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes, we are fully compliant with GDPR with one exception Whatsapp.
While assuring us all communications are private, our current Whatsapp API provider doesn’t offer the necessary legal framework to grant us full GDPR compliance in regards to their services.
So those residing in the european union area must refrain from using Whatsapp until we have found and implemented with another API provider.
We advise instead users to use Telegram to link with Aidx on mobile devices.
